Tuesday, March 30 Race Results

A threat of rain cut our field in half… down to last years average of 35 riders. Thanks for all the support during this new year.

This is an old tip but worth sharing once again: I encourage everyone to come to the track with a plan. Even if you are racing and it’s inevitable that you will finish in the pack, I like to encourage riders to stick to their plan. Here are a few examples: want to get better at sprinting? Then, stop attacking so much and watch how the riders that take all the points do it. Follow them. Want to get work on your time trialing? Then shoot off the front and try to hold off an entire field!
